Infrastructural Setup
Located at 400 km north of Mumbai, Vadodara (Gujarat, India), our
infrastructural set up spreads over 10000 sq. meter of area. Its has
multipurpose plant, quality control facility, R&D wing, Kilo lab,
pilot plant, commercial plant and effluent treatment plant. The plant
design conforms to GMP standards. At effluent treatment plant, primary
treatment is done whereas secondary treatments are carried out in a
common effluent treatment plant. The plant is credited with NECL
(Nandesari Environment control Ltd) membership certificate for solid
waste and EICL (Enviro Infrastructure Co. Ltd) membership certificate
for waste water.
Kilo Lab and Pilot Plant
The pilot plant has glass assembly reactor & stainless steel reactors in the range of 2 liters to 500 liters. The plant provides support to all phases of formulation
activities and assists in scaling-up the work to meet the technology
requirements. Its specifics are as follows:
- Plant area : 2250 sq. ft
- Operating volume : 2500 liters
- Operating temperature : -70 deg C to 250 deg C
- Operating pressure : 25 kg/cm2
- Operating vacuum : 0.05 mm of Hg
- Fractionating column for high vacuum distillation using reflux ratio.
The Pilot plant is installed with following equipment:
- Stainless steel autoclave (2 lit & 50 lit)
- Reaction cum distillation glass assembly (50 lit, 20 lit)
- Reaction cum distillation stainless steel reactor (200 lit, 50 lit)
- High vacuum pumps
- High vacuum distillation unit (20 lit & 50 lit)
